1st POST?!?!
great leg workout today, im sure im gonna feel it tommorow. got my leg press up to 10 plates doing partials (10 reps)! whoop! i feel i could have even gone higher but that would have been too many set imo.
next week i hope to deadlift 3plates (each side) for 10 reps, its possible, but last week i could’nt push myself on DL because i had no straps ( i know, pussy excuse!) but this week my new schiek straps came, so im looking for a PR. i also hope to be no more than 177.5lbs on monday. lately i feel like ive been puting on too much weight but i think its all in my head. Atm i am clean bulking and looking to gain 0.5lbs a week.
well, i better get to bed, birthday tommorow but im sticking to my diet 100% baby!!. This blog thing is a bit geeky but its just for me really so i can look back in years to come and remmember how small i used to be!!! LOL
