Supplements
Would anyone have any direction or suggestions on muscle gaining supplements/hormones? I’m open to investigating them and trying, but needing some directions? I’m currently trying to eat between 3500 and 4000 cal a day as clean as possible (although it’s tough…i’m not usually that hungry).
Any help is much appreciated.

They Dont Work, Atleast The Ones I Have Tried. You Just Have to start downing the raw eggs. Im not joking. You want muscle, start downing 6 raw eggs in the morning and 6 around dinner. Best source of protein. I have tried all the supplements on my page, you can read my reviews if you are interested. Any further questions feel free to ask.
