i previously tried to go onto DC about a year ago but due to school it didnt fit my schedule, now i have been on DC for almost a month now ; following a workout set out by Ron Harris, following DC training style. I have notice many strength gains and a noticable improvement on several bodyparts; with my greatest surprise being in calves gains. I have more energy insdie and out the gym now that i have started and believe this was the right choice for me.

There are many ways that i keep myself motivated when lifting weights. this includes keeping constant with going to the gym and not copping out and not pushing it at the gym. Theses incude having a good training partner that is committed and dedicated to going and training hard at the gym. this always helps and going to the gym occasionally with new partners who are seasoned bodybuilders always incurage you to lift bigger. Another way is like a site like this to interact with peolple who live to lift. the finally easy way to stay incouraged is to take progression pictures. These could be taken every several weeks on monthly so you can guage your improvments and stay encouraged. …if anyone knows of anyother ways to stay encouraged then let me know and ill add them to the list.
