Today I had the best leg workout ever. I have been cutting my carbs for about a week now. I took as usual three lipo6 capsules and two high potency B complex capsules about 30 min before work out. Started with stationary bicycle, did 300lbs squats, 630 lbs leg press, 150 lbs leg extensions, and 110lbs leg curls. I almost puked today after such hard workout. Right after the workout took protein shake, and now I feel like king of the world.

Looking at all the ripped people in bodyspace makes me wanna starve myself to loose fat. But its not gonna happen this time. I am going to stay focused and eat healthy ( keep protein levels high). This time I am gonna loose one inch from my waist every two weeks. All you ripped people will be my motivation now. I wonder what else I can do to stay motivated ???

Measured myself again today today, lost some fat from the arms, yet when flexed they are still 15 inches!, hips are now 40 some inches from 41 inches, gained some mass on forearms and chest and shoulders about the same size, if I took measurement corrctly. But my waist is still 36 inches. It is frustrating not to loose fat from the waist even though I am loosing fat from by hips. God damn, love handles. I still have to unbuckle myself when I sit down. May be I should replace my computer chair with swiss ball as I spend alot of time in front of computer. Never gonna use cheap protein again as it puts more fat on than muscles. I think I am overreacting, as I have only started doing cardio few days ago, and have been taking fat burner for only two days. From today onwards I am gonna add probiotic yogurt to my diet, lets see if that helps.

I have been bulking up for a while now. From today onwards I will get into cutting phase. I wanted to experiment this time to create the most effective fat loss formula. I used Lipo6 with Fish Oil, i.e. two capsules of lipo six and two capsules of fish oil, and with every dose I took vitamins, also during the afternoon dose took one capsule of Ginko for the healthy brain. Also I am making sure that I take enough proteins, to prevent muscle loss. Also alot of water. ZMA before bed.
First day on the new formula, super success. I have been sweating the whole day, my blood vascules are visible, my energy level is at all time high, I am very alert and focused. I am not cranky at all, like I was when I tood other products. I am feeling soo good.
