My best leg workout
Today I had the best leg workout ever. I have been cutting my carbs for about a week now. I took as usual three lipo6 capsules and two high potency B complex capsules about 30 min before work out. Started with stationary bicycle, did 300lbs squats, 630 lbs leg press, 150 lbs leg extensions, and 110lbs leg curls. I almost puked today after such hard workout. Right after the workout took protein shake, and now I feel like king of the world.
