Took yesterday off, did legs today, did hack squat, holy cow did it hurt my knees, I then did leg presses. I ALWAYS squat, but the squat rack was raided today. I followed circuit training style into my workout. Hit the triceps too. Did light cardio. Now that the m-drol is kicking in, I am forced to up the intensity. Arms tommorow followed by moderate cardio. Moderate cardio means I am doing the cardio alone. You dont know what extreme cardio is until you get a coach to push you through it

Supplements: BCAA,Fish Oil,Milk Thistle,coq10,M-drol, Multi-vitamin Centrum performance, might get animal pack, not sure
also, 12 hour Dymatize Elite protein, mixes like **** and taste like chunks, never ever buying it again, ON all the way.
Breakfeast: 140 calorie english muffin, 200 calories woth of eggs, 120 calorie mango juice drink.
Lunch: Natural peanut butter, white bread slice total: 280
total: 800.

Did back today, deadlift.
Day 8 of M-drol cycle, today I was great in the gym, agression was there, pumps were sweet.
1500 calories a day, I havn’t started running yet, Im waiting for the last few pounds to start running. Lifting 5 days a week.
