update and help
Ok for an update i did got to get some supplements but i did not get weight gainer instead i bout six star protein, creatine, nano x9, and scifit kre alkalyn. i tried the nano and the kre alkalyn and it was great they really go hand in hand. as for the other stuff i am going to start using them today, but not exactly sure how. I was told To only use it after my work out, but could i use any of them as a meal replacement?
On another note i have these high amount of stress in my life right now and it is starting to really get in the way of my goals i know how to keep myself focus the hard part is actually doing it. any words of wisdom out there?

Yes! The best way to keep your ass moving is to find out what happens when you don’t keep it moving and just give into your feelings. Then when you feel motivated again, get right back into it. Not motivated, right back off…and so on and so forth. The truth becomes real clear, real fast.

He’s right. Maybe you should take 3 days off and just creat a journal with your goals to include your workout routine, your diet sheet, and your goal sheet/pix.
Try to find 15min a day to be still and quiet.
