eating the correct way is not one of my strong points
i never had a problem in theĀ past with eating, i ate what i want and just did extra sit ups later. as i am getting older i am not sure what i should eat for example what is a good breakfast? and i am a very busy person at times i may not be bale to get a lunch (only for now because its tax season) if any one has any ideas i am all ears.

Eating something for breakfast is better than nothing. You have to fuel up. Each time you eat you boost your metabolism. I eat a cup of Kashii GoLean Crunch on the drive to work (no milk, just dry). I will hardboil some eggs sometimes and have a couple. I keep cans of tuna and healthy snacks in my desk for when I get hungry at work.
The most important thing is eat something for breakfast to stop your body from feeding on muscle!
