what the HELL

My monday started off horrible, I was running a little late to work and I also needed gas while standing there pumping my gas this crappy old truck pulls up to the full service and keeps calling me over to pump his gas what the hell because i look like I am indian they assume i work at a gas station i was also in a business suit who the hell dresses like that to work at a gas station. Case of the mondays I think so.

not making it there

i am having problems going to the gym, it seems like everytime i am going somethings comes up and holds me back i am considering losing sleep and going at 5am. i cant think of anything else that could help get me there. This is my busy season i will have a lot more time after tax season over, but i feel that i am not accomplishing anything if i dont make it to the gym.

Ok for an update i did got to get some supplements but i did not get weight gainer instead i bout six star protein, creatine, nano x9, and scifit kre alkalyn. i tried the nano and the kre alkalyn and it was great they really go hand in hand. as for the other stuff i am going to start using them today, but not exactly sure  how. I was told To only use it after my work out, but could i use any of them as a meal replacement?

On another note i have these high amount of stress in my life right now and it is starting to really get in the way of my goals i know how to keep myself focus the hard part is actually doing it. any words of wisdom out there?

i am heading to the vitamin shop after work to pick up a weigh gainer and nano9 any suggestions on a weight gainer. i am determine to put on 20lbs or more.

i know i would look a lot better if i was about 20lbs more how can i gain that much weight while working out and doing a lot of running. i would like to build tone and gain is this hard?

i am having some relationship problems and its causing me to lose focus on everything around me. I am suppose to workout right now but i am just not motivated to get up and do anything i tried taking a nap to forget about it but it wont let me sleep. i want to get up and not let this keep me down but as soon as i get a little downtime i begin to think about it and get somewhat sad again. I am lost and wish i can find my way back to who i use to be.

eating the correct way is not one of my strong points

i never had a problem in the  past with eating, i ate what i want and just did extra sit ups later. as i am getting older i am not sure what i should eat for example what is a good breakfast? and i am a very busy person at times i may not be bale to get a lunch (only for now because its tax season) if any one has any ideas i am all ears.
