Weighing In
Thursday, August 30th, 2007So I broke down and got on the scale. I’ve been avoiding it because I can get too focused on the weight, but I have released 9 pounds in the last two weeks so I’m just about right on track. I say "released" because to say lost would imply that I want to find or retrieve the fat - NO WAY!
Felt a little gassed today - low energy for cardio, but made it through. No arm pain, though, so that’s a good thing. I think a nap would be nice…
