Finished up my 9 weeks of Full body workouts 3x per week
I’d have to say I had great strength gains, but size not so much. +0.6 inch on my arms.
Starting splits again hoping to gain some size
Started with legs today
ATG squats, 1 leg smith squats(absolute killer!) hack squats, light leg extensions and some SLDL.
No doubt i won’t be able to walk tomorrow haa.. i’ll keep posted on my gains.
