Finished up my 9 weeks of Full body workouts 3x per week
I’d have to say I had great strength gains, but size not so much. +0.6 inch on my arms.
Starting splits again hoping to gain some size
Started with legs today
ATG squats, 1 leg smith squats(absolute killer!) hack squats, light leg extensions and some SLDL.
No doubt i won’t be able to walk tomorrow haa.. i’ll keep posted on my gains.

I’ve been cutting for about 3 weeks now, and i’m loving it! the last few weeks of my bulk i wasn’t even getting stronger. For some reason now I’m cutting, my strengths going through the roof again. Don’t ask me why..
But hey! i am not complaining! added 15 pounds to my squat in the last 2 weeks. I’m shocked.
I’ve lost about 2-3 pounds, and i feel fantastic.
Fill you in more in a couple of weeks

Today I was at my girlfriends house and her dad came home. He walked in carrying a big bag of white powder. I was curious as to what this was! (instantly thought protein) lol.
To my LUCK it was!! and it was for me aswell!
He gave me 10kgs of 100% whey protein concentrate, im so happy.. i never have any money for protein anymore so this is a major help..
and it turns out he can get it for free anytime! so im hooked up!
won’t be breaking up with my girlfriend anytime soon

For a while i was having trouble with making my biceps grow. They grew fast and just stopped for the last 2 months. I was doing like 9 sets once a week on it. I always thought this was a bit to much.. so i started doing 3 sets on bi’s twice a week, and what do you know? they’re back and growing again.
.3 inches up in 2 and a half weeks.. and not to mention getting stronger everytime. i’m pretty happy about it

intensity training started today, aiming for 6 reps for everything.
went better than i expected, did my hole upper body with 3 sets of 6 on each part.
my strength and stamina still suprising me! pushing some massive (well to me anyways) weight on the overhead press, lower body workout tomorrow. hope it goes as good as today!

today was great.. my last week of volume training. today i did by an incredible 15 sets on my chest.
last week when i did my chest i got 9 reps of 60kgs on the bench and i felt great that day. today i ripped out 12 reps and an almost 13 of 60kgs, adding 3 reps in just a week to my bench really made me impressed! i also got an extra 2 reps on each set of flyes i did. so im very happy!
my weak shoulders (due to re-occuring injuries) are starting to get strong again aswell!
next week im starting a new phase of intensity training, so i hope that all goes well.
i’ll write about it, till then!
