Choices
What happens when you’re faced with a tough decision…do you stick with the old, tried n’ true that have never failed you or do you dare to test those unchartered waters like Christopher Colombus or Vasco da Gama to discover distant lands? Why do I have to choose, why can’t I have both?
I know I sound like a cryptic crossword, but that is what I’m dealing with today.
Btw, I need to work on the booty….ideas? With cutting fat, goes the butt. Other than squats, that is. My trainer has already promised an obscene amounts squats (oh, joy!). I’m leaning more towards new-fangled ideas…..deads? I love deads. Maybe I need to get back to basics. When all else fails, there’s always Wonderpants… I’m thinking of investing in a pair.

If your "old, tried n’ true" permits/encourages a certain amount of well-reasoned, judicious risk taking, then you can have the best of both worlds. Columbus and da Gama were exploring new routes, but they were trying to get to known destinations. Regarding the booty, try doing sprints on a track.

Hey there, I think the "squat til ya yak" is the way to go. Deads are effective too but can be hard on you if you are pushing the envelope with the amount of weight you are using. If you have a trainer that will help because they can watch your form. This is crucial to avoid injury. You might try Smith Machine squats for a little more stability too.
Have you tried dumbell lunges or box step ups? Both of those will set your booty on FIYAHHHHHH!!! Ha
"You can do side bends or sit-ups, but please don’t lose that butt!!!" (quoted from baby got back)
Enjoy your day and good luck to you. Post some pics up so we can see your progress?
