SORE FOREARMS
Well I’m taking about 10 days off to let my Forearms heal up nicely… My shoulder has been getting better now that I dont bench on a smith machine anymore. But after my 10 days is up. I’m going to be making my own ‘weight machine’ for my forearms. Take a round piece or wood or metal and then get rope and make it about 5 feet long and then tie one end to the wood handle and the other to a weight and just roll my wrists and spin that wood to bring it up then back down… I feel that should be a very good excercise for my forearms… they arn’t as strong as I need them as my Bi’s are to strong for them.. also I need to get a hand gripper and just blitz my forearms all next week and hopefully I can get them strong enough so I can go back to curling the next week.

Just from curling… I dont know I just have sharp pains in my forearms… I’m just thinking my bicepts are to strong for my forearms…. i could be wrong… it doesn’t hurt if I hammer curl tho… only ez curl or barbell…
