Friday, January 30th, 20093 hours of Jiu Jitsu and Jiu Jitsu conditioning per week, check.
3 one mile runs per week, check.
3 twenty-minute HIIT sessions per week, check.
3 days of push/pull resistance training, check
That’s the end of my first week of training for the TGO (Beginner Grappling Tournament 2/28/09) and the end of my fourth week in the Muscle Tech competition. I’ll kick it up a notch for cardio-sake until the TGO and then bring back heavy resistance training after that for MT.
