Nothing gets you out of a depression/crappy day at working than happening to pass by a mirror after getting dressed and noticing a new cut or muscle poking out!  Not that I wasn’t looking forward to working out, but seeing that before I started definitely gave me a boost.

Sometimes……well, often times results don’t come as fast as we’d like them to, but its good to remind yourself that if things like this could happen overnight, then everyone would be fit.

Now I have to work on the fact that either I suck at flexing, or my right bicep is grotesquely larger than my left.

Never thought I’d be happy about this…

Got pretty dizzy yesterday while doing legs!  Must be taking it to the limits again cus I haven’t felt this way in months.  Maybe I’ll drop that last 30lbs before X-mas yet.

Got the good news that I’ve come down 4% in bodyfat about 3 months.  Unfortunately I over-celebrated this weekend with 2 grilled bleu burgers.  Whatever, I never do that and I work my ass off, so I’ll survive.  It’s back to reality now and if I’m not mistaken, being at or below 20% is considered normal/healthy, so being between 220 and 225 is they way to be. 

If I had the money, I’d just join some MMA league for the training and drop the 50lbs, but there’s that whole fightning thing I want to avoid.  To save money, I’d decided to try getting the principles involved in my workout routines in the gym’s aerobics centers with heavy bags, jump rope, bodyweight exercises, and weights.  Again, there’s no reason I can’t drop 25lbs of fat by December.
