Tuesday, June 17th, 2008Well that week wasn’t so bad. I lost about 4 lbs laying off carbs and downing tons of water. I imagine that number is high because I still weigh a lot, but it makes me hopeful as I’m now hovering over 280.
Almost time to break into 275 like I was 5 years ago, but with more muscle. I’m halfway to my ideal weight and feel pretty good. I just have to keep reminding myself that nutrition is more than half the battle. The weights and cardio are the icing on the low-fat cake.
