To my surprise, I haven’t plateau’d yet. I’m still seeing strength gains while lifting. I squatted 275lbs yesterday and I know I could have hit 315. As for my upper body, strength gains are slower to come. But I know they will. I try to do more compound exersizes. I just don’t see what the advantage is over isolating a muscle group other than to specifically target that muscle following an ijury or something. That’s just how I like it anyway. Anyhow, I felt like a badass yesterday. A few days ago I leg pressed 650. I could have gotten to 700 I think. I got some looks from a couple of guys. I think my thin upper body belies the strength in my legs. So I will do some research and put together an upper body program that will build strength so I don’t max to 155 on the bench before my tris give out. Which is strange anyway. 20 minutes later I can do two sets of 45lb weigted dips. I really will emphasize my shoulders. After an accident a couple years ago, I still have pain and popping in both shoulders. Cheers

It’s been a little over two weeks. I have been to the gym (lifting) about five times and I have already seen significant gains. The MRI Black Powder really works. I feel much stronger even up to the last rep. I seem to reap the best benefits when I drink it about 20-30 minutes before the workout. I find that as I am getting older, the temptation to sit around grows with each year. Still, I am confident I will stay somewhat fit well into the next 20 years. Even if I don’t lift regularly, I am motivated enough to workout at least 3-4 times a month. In the past I have overdone it and broke myself down too much. It’s easy for me to get in a hurry to see gains. Our bodies are slow to change on a large scale. You don’t get to be out of shape overnight. Similarly, you can’t expect to be a Jay Cutler look-alike overnight either. It’s a lifestyle, not just something you do when you have the time.

So I got my a$$ back in the gym last week. I just finished week two. I’m starting out slow, so that’s four 1 hour to 1 and a half hour workouts. I don’t know what it is with me. I let life get in the way just when I get the ball rollin. But I stay motivated ok. Especially since I get access to a full gym for free. One of the perks of military life. Anyhow, I don’t have a workout partner like in the early days. I really miss my bro Chris. He’s pretty intense. He’d barge into my house and wake me up sayin’, "C’mon man! Let’s go!" Good friend.
I went to the gym today. It was less intense than before. I think I waited too long after my powder. This new stuff I got, MRI’s Black Powder, freaking works man. I love it. I’m trying to find out more about it on the internet. You know, what’s best to take with it. Everyones’ physiology is different and I want to know what exactly I need to explode. I know there is a specific combination of supps that work for every person. I guess it’s just a long process of educated trial and error. But you gotta be careful.
I’m heading to England for the next three years and I’d like to be 190 and solid before then. I got little more than six months, so here goes nothin.
