   This last week I was feeling more tired than usual.  I got in only 3 days of weightlifting.  Had to also deal with backed up drainage pipes from the kitchen sink and the bathroom tub drain that meet in the basement…..was clogged with what I suspected - mostly hair. 

   So, this is the start of a new week and it’s time to get back on track again!

    I’m in the 3rd month of my current basic program.  So far, so good.  Not sure how to measure how much muscle weight has increased but I can tell my muscles have tightened up.  I’m looking to get some supplements like Creatine and Amino Acids.  I have been walking most mornings for 30mins.  The first part is up some fairly steep hills here where I live not far from the Ohio River.  I believe this along with the weightlifting have increased my metabolism.  I need to get more control over what I eat, especially in the sweets area.  Chocolate, carmel and ice cream just keep calling my name…..Also, need to limit what I eat after 7pm.  I usually get home from work around 5:30p to 6p so the 7p cut off would give me time to eat something for dinner.
