Starting on the 1st of May, I will begin my Bodybuilding Training.
I have been training…and building my body…but this is different.
My goal is to be contest ready for the NPC Northern Kentucky in 2009.
I will keep you updated on my progress through this Blog, the Workout Tracker, and my Body Stats.

The last two weeks have been interesting. The next two will be even more interesting. I’ve accepted a position to work as a trainer at an established gym. I’ve known the owners for a while, and they’ve asked me to work there before over a year ago.
It may work to my advantage as far as scheduling, but we’ll see. Just thought I would let y’all (you all) know.

I’m teaching boot camp fitness classes now at The Paramount Fitness Center on Crookshank Rd. in Cincinnati, OH. Classes are 0530AM Wednesday and Friday. This isn’t your commercial, stay on the beat garbage. It’s Marine Corps style training. I had a blast teaching it, and everyone got their sweat on.
Stay fit!

Went well. Squats, Bent BB Rows, Bench. 10RM Multiple sets.
Boot camp class the morning after, not so much.
10 hours was not enough recovery time.
