Homemade Shake…

1/3 cup Dry Nonfat Evaporated Milk 80 Cals

1 Tbsp Nonsweet Cocao Powder 57 Cals

1 Tsp Organic Cane Sugar 15 Cals

Total 152 Cals

I put all the dry ingredients into a resealable sandwich bag.  When needed I mix the ingredients into 1 cup water, shake thoroughly, and enjoy!

    It sounds like instant chocolate milk…Do you add protein to it?

    any form of chocolate is good. But good question

    No, the only protein comes from the milk… I may be adjusting this mix if I don’t like the results.

    19 g Carb
    9 G Protein

    Although that’s just a guestimate based on what’s in fitday)
