Homemade Shake…
1/3 cup Dry Nonfat Evaporated Milk 80 Cals
1 Tbsp Nonsweet Cocao Powder 57 Cals
1 Tsp Organic Cane Sugar 15 Cals
Total 152 Cals
I put all the dry ingredients into a resealable sandwich bag. When needed I mix the ingredients into 1 cup water, shake thoroughly, and enjoy!

It sounds like instant chocolate milk…Do you add protein to it?

No, the only protein comes from the milk… I may be adjusting this mix if I don’t like the results.
