Went well. Squats, Bent BB Rows, Bench. 10RM Multiple sets.
Boot camp class the morning after, not so much.
10 hours was not enough recovery time.

Did you actually wokout at midnight? IF so, you might want to pick a better time!

Yes I did. It would have been ok, if I didn’t have to attend the boot camp class. Wouldn’t be the first time. Midnight runs, hikes, patrols [
], lifting sessions. Sometimes, 3-4 in the morning. Depends on my schedule. There’s ALWAYS time to exercise.
Off to the rugby game today. We’re playing vs. Xavier U.
