Midnight Lifting Session,

Went well.  Squats, Bent BB Rows, Bench.  10RM Multiple sets.
Boot camp class the morning after, not so much.

10 hours was not enough recovery time. :)

    Did you actually wokout at midnight? IF so, you might want to pick a better time!

    Yes I did. It would have been ok, if I didn’t have to attend the boot camp class. Wouldn’t be the first time. Midnight runs, hikes, patrols [ :-) ], lifting sessions. Sometimes, 3-4 in the morning. Depends on my schedule. There’s ALWAYS time to exercise.

    Off to the rugby game today. We’re playing vs. Xavier U.
