5 Weeks In

So today is day one of week 6 of the "new" Me.  I can honestly say that I am proud of my efforts and results thus far.  I’ve been on work out kicks in my past, but I would usually end up fizzling out after two weeks or so, and lose my motivation.

A fraternity brother of mine spent a lot of time trying to get me motivated and keeping me there, but I kept showing a lack of desire.  Then this summer hit, and I decided I would give it a go again since all I’d be doing is working, and could use something to keep me occupied elsewhere.  It’s been the best decision I’ve made in a long time.  I’ve been feeling and looking great, and a long-lost self confidence boost has been my new shadow as of late.

So for anyone that is looking for motivation, just keep pounding away at what you’re doing.  Let it become something that you want to do, not feel like you have to.  Enjoy it, and enjoy what you become.
