I tried for the first time some wrist wraps. It was the best back workout I’ve had ever! I realized now that I used too much of my forearm, that’s why my back is lacking. Also I maxed out my bent-over rows at 100*8. Which is a record for me.

Last night, I tried a shoulders-triceps superset combo. My favorite is bicep-triceps superset combo because of the amazing pump, but I wanted to try something new. Also I wanted to try the Aplodan after a week of loading.
before: military press 95*4, close-grip bench press 135*3, weight dips 80*1
on aplodan: military press 95*6, close-grip bench-press 135*6, weight dips 80*4
So i guessed Aplodan does work!

Well it was a friday and that meant….chest day!! For a change, I went to eryanb`s place. He has a pretty cool setup as you can see in his video and a pretty cool wife who took pictures for this space. Big thanks to her and quite skillful she is! She taught me how to pose too! Remember that scene in Pumping Iron where Arnold teaches a tiny little puny guy how to pose ? Well it was the same, except I was the tiny little puny guy and she was Arnold…..
But the chest workout was awesome. Took some NaNOx courtesy of eryanb (thanks man!) and I was so pumped, I though I was gonna explode….NO-explode…..hehe

Well it’s wednesday and it’s leg day with eryanb. forgot my gakic pills (this is not gonna be pretty) and we are up to follow Jay Cutler’s leg routine. Mixed some lemonade gatorade with some whey isolates and glutamine and ready to go!. After a 5 min warm-up on the bike, went to squats: the usual warm-up 12 reps with 225 pds. Then eryanb wanted to max out at…369!!!. He did 2 reps!!!! Damn, now I have to try. I did squeeze 1 rep at 75% down, that was acceptable. Then I just wanted to finish the rest at 315 lbs. Couldn’t even squeeze 1 rep! That 1 rep max totally annihilate me! the rest was casual, 3 sets of 315 lbs with 6 reps each and the last one stripping to 225 lbs. then, it was time to leg press, went smoothly, 5 sets of 12 reps with 3 plates. I did puke after the 3rd set. Then, leg extensions. Boy was I weak! 5 sets of 12 reps with ……60 lbs. Deadlifts was next. I maxed out at 335 lbs with a dangerous form. I have to stop to try to follow eryanb……it’s too harsh and I almost injured myself.
