NOW NOW, sound like someone is not looking it to their BF and just going by what the scale says. Muscle wieghs more then Fat!!!!!
Here is a link to a site that has the Army BF Calculator on it. It has two setting (APFT, BodyFat). BF has two setting Male and Female.

Remember you can lose 10 lbs of body fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle . . . you can do the math.
Hope this Helps!?!??!

The first thing I see wrong is your telling yourself you cant! If you think you can…. you can!

Ditto. On reading this my first reaction was: "a pound of what?" remember too that when you eat healthy calories (non-processed foods etc.) your body is able to use them more efficiently so focus on quality as well as quantity. Give your body time and keep your head up

I agree with depratercm, go back to your bf and calulate. put on the jeans that were tight last week. Last stay off the scale for for a least three weeks!
