Why is it that I change up my routine, add a bunch more cardio, eat correct amount of calories and gain a pound! I swear! How discouraging it that. HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!

I have been hitting the cardio hard for a week now. See no progress What’s with that?!?!? Eating well. No major mess ups. Just a couple bread sticks the other day. I was going to stay away from the wieghts for a couple weeks to see if I can slim down abit but I just love the weights! Can’t stay away! Oh well I think as long as I keep the major cardio up I will see some good changes. Now if it could just start showing I would be thrilled.

It’s that #%#&*!&@ Cardio. I can lift weights and never get sick of it. It is that boring cardio. I am determined to lean myself out for the next month and then start hitting the weights big time. Maybe if I lean out I will see the hard work of the muscles under the layer of unwanted fat. Don’t want to be skinny I want to be lean and sexy.

I had plans to hit the gym all weekend and then got stuck on the couch with a 101 fever all weekend! Fun Fun! Going to the gym today. Not going to hit it to hard. Let my body get well first.
Lost a pound from not eating well this weekend. Good and bad I guess. I am sure it will be back on this week. :0
Hoping to hit the gym hard sometime this week. Got to get looking better.

Hubby made me my egg whites and steel cut oats this morning. Thank you honey. I need to get out and do some major cardio. I have been working those muscles now it is time to see my hard work. I have to loose this body fat! The game is on!!!
