Air Force Basic Feb 23rd
Monday, December 15th, 2008so basically i need to get in shape for basic training for the air force and soon. I am good at running already so all i need is some muscle and i will be set to make it out on tops. I just need some advice or help, i have no money and i already eat alot and dont gain weight. What i really need is a personal trainer that would be willing to help me out for free or something.
