Air Force Basic Feb 23rd
so basically i need to get in shape for basic training for the air force and soon. I am good at running already so all i need is some muscle and i will be set to make it out on tops. I just need some advice or help, i have no money and i already eat alot and dont gain weight. What i really need is a personal trainer that would be willing to help me out for free or something.

Hey brother.. the running is going to help you a great deal. If you can I’d do two workouts at day. In the morning I’d knock out a good run and get on pull ups, sit-ups and push-ups. Then during the second half of the day I’d shoot for more strength training to add on that weight you’re looking for. Eating plenty of healthy clean foods is the way to go.
