Happy with results following H-Drol, able to lift slightly better than just before I got taken ill.
Still struggling a bit with chest but I’m working on it. Unfortunately my cheap aZZ gym is being over-run by total noobs, which can can put a downer on your whole session. I’m considering changing to another one close by instead, watch this space

Weight wobbling up and down a bit lately, was thankful last night when I stepped on the scales it hadn’t gone down again.

Unfortunately a spate of recent illnesses has meant I’ve not been on proper routine now since mid-December, so annoying.
Should hopefully be ok to resume at end of week

Finally my neck is no longer an obstacle when lifting, unfortunately sprained my wrist abotu 2 weeks ago but thankfully glutamine has helped sort that out.
Unfortunately had to drop the cardio as I was getting too tired to lift after it. I do it a lot more randomly now, usually saving it for when im feeling a bit ‘off’ and unable to lift.
Some folks noticed I’m back up to my former size without the big fat belly in the way. Arms just under 16.5 inches now!!!

Been back into it just over 2 weeks, its tough when you’ve dropped it for so long. Slightly overtraining right now, but hoping I can re-work my routine to cut that out to some degree.
Unfortunately the gym’s hamstring machines weren’t great but have learned to adapt one of them to suit lifting them properly. Still a bit crippling days following leg day, but I’m sure it will be worth it.
Soft section in my lower abs doesnt seem to be going anywhere fast, but watch this space

Slowly resuming weight training eventually, but still tough on the neck so back stuff is minimal.
On the flip side I’m getting my cardio back up to normal so its not all bad

Unfortunately had an incident on the smith machine last week, 350lb bar bounced on my neck
