I have no idea how to do this
Anyways,
I have been frustrated the past times i have weighed myself i was at 234 consistantly this week, so i figured if i cut or at least fuse my morning carb fuel , mix them together and cut them down it would spark up my progress, i was confused into thinking i hit a plateau for fat-loss.
Today when i went to the gym and i weighed myself ( i rarely do this but i forgot my water bottle which i normally drink at least 3 / workout, so i needed to track weight change for water intake) i was at 228.6. Shocked i was like, sweet! After my Stretch, my ab workout i felt tired after 2/3 sets and i was kinda scared, But as i was doing my elliptical first few minutes i felt underfueled or not motivated, i waved it off as the regular feelings i get when embarking on a 2hour+ journey. After my weights, i do a mile-run intermission, after 3/12 laps i was discouraged and unable to complete it. I went to my 2nd-Ab-workout and i was extremely tired, i went to my 2nd-30-min-elliptical and 1.3 mins into i was convinced i cheated myself out of a great workout by underfueling myself the day before.
