great weight gain shake
i’ve been consuming about 2 of these shakes a day in addition to my current meals for the past 2 weeks and i’ve gained about 9 pounds of solid weight.
ingredients:
16 oz milk
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of whey powder
add 5 or 6 ice cubes and/or honey
mix in blender
