i’ve been consuming about 2 of these shakes a day in addition to my current meals for the past 2 weeks and i’ve gained about 9 pounds of solid weight.
ingredients:
16 oz milk
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of whey powder
add 5 or 6 ice cubes and/or honey
mix in blender

i found this quote somewhere and i really like it. it’s quite true

yesterday i had a pretty good workout. bench, shoulder press and back.
started out with a warmup set of 135 for bench
then 185×6, 205×6, 215×6, 225×6, 235×4,
i then did 3 sets of 10 standing barbell shoulder press.
then three sets of deadlifts for ten reps ending with 225 for 10.
i fractured my back 2 years ago so my back still feels weird with heavy weight.
