My first fitness blog
Ok guys starting the 1st of September of the year I will be starting my first Bodybuilding blog. In this blog I plan on doing 12 weeks of hardcore training with a clean bulking diet. During this blog I will be eating clean all week and be enjoying each Saturday as my cheat day. For my first 2 weeks I will post daily meals including supplement and water intake. I will also be weighing my self each week every Saturday. This will be an in depth blog no BS no secrets in which I plan on adding 6-8Lbs of pure muscle in 12 weeks.
I will be posting a picture of me here on the 31st of August and posting pictures once every 2 weeks to show the significant gains and improvements I am making during the whole clean bulking cycle.
Supplements I will be taking during my first 3 weeks:
-Six Star — No Fury — 1 scoop/ED
-Equate Flax oils — 1g per cap 3 caps/ED
- Equate multivitamins — 1/ED
- Equate vitamin C caps — 1g/ED
- Optimum Tribulus 625 — 3/ED
- Jameson vitamin B12 250mcg — 2/ED
- Optimum ZMA — 3/ed

Ok I have decided on a training program I will follow for this blog.I will be following the FLEX Magazine "8 Week BIG BENCH" program which was issued back in Jan 2007 along with other workouts to accommodate my overall training split
My training split will look like this for 8 weeks.
Mondays:
-Chest (Heavy Day), shoulders & abs
Tuesday:
- Back and biceps
Wednesday
* Rest
Thursday
- Legs, calves and abs
Friday
- Chest & Triceps (Light Day)
Sat
* Rest
Sun
* Rest

Only days away from starting my new program in which I have some bad news starting out. On Thursday night after finishing my back workout and moving into a bicep workout I did something careless.I accidentally squat my pinkie finger. "How did he do This”? I was getting ready to start doing some reverse e-z bar curls with 2 x 25lbs plates on the bar, and taking it off the preacher bench the gym owner called out to me. As I looked up I had ended up slipping forward an squatting my pinkie finger between the bar and the bar that is attached to the preacher bench. This will not stop me from training as I cannot lift with this had for at least a week as recommended by the doc. So I will train legs twice this week hardcore on the hams an quads, then right into our new program as mentioned above.

Ok guys here we go. Today is the beginning of a 12 weeks Hardcore training Body blog transformation. I will be adding some Niacin with my training program starting at 250mgs ED for 4 weeks.
How is the whole finger squatting coming along?
I am hoping that by the end of the week now I will be able to get full use of my left had as for now and exercises that require holding of the barbel or dumbbell will be done but with lighter than usual weights. During the beginning of my workout I will have pictures taken of a front relax and rear relaxed pose. For those who have been visiting my blog thank you.

Sept 1:
Chest and shoulders:
I did a 1RM for 260Lbs and pressed up that bad boy like it was nothing, next week I will be trying 275Lbs.
Sept 2:
Off
Sept 3:
Back and Biceps
- I did something a little different today I did 6 sets of shrugs 3 sets from the front starting with 135Lbs and finishing with 245Lbs and then 3 sets behind the back shrugs Barbell with 245Lbs for all 3 sets.
Sept 4th,2009:
Legs
Today is leg day.Going to be focusing mainly in the ham strings. Last week I had done 2 leg workouts for the quads and threw in a few sets of hamstring curls. Today I will be posting a video of me doing a set of front squats.
SUPPLEMENTS:
This morning first thing I had taken 1 cranberry cap, 1 vitamin B12, 1 multivitamin, and a serving of NO Fury. on the way out for a workout now just finished taking 3 trib, and another serving of NO Fury.

Today is day is the 7th day into my blog. weighed myself today and I am at 169 LBS so I am up 2 LBS in 1 week so far. The weight gain is as I have expected after a 3 month lay off from the gym.
As not mentioned in my first post I was 167 LBS on the scale Sept 1. Today is another Chest, Shoulders and ab workout today I will post another vid of a shoulder exercise and I will also post up new pics from front to back.
This morning my supplements are
- Vitamin B12 = 500mcg
- 1 multivitamin
- 1 scoop of NO Fury
- 1 Vitamin C
- Flax oill 3 caps
Before lunch/ pre workout I will take
-3 tribulus
- 1 scoop of NO Fury

Today is Sept the 8th got up at 7:30am this morning and I talk about being sore.from chest , triceps, delts and my back just between the shoulder blades in the the rhomboid region I can surely say I had a hard core chest workout.
I did my best in 2 years getting 245 for 6 reps in which next week I will post a video of the next Monday during my heavy chest workout.
Today I will workout back 3 sets of wide grip pull downs, 3 sets of front shrugs, 3 sets of rear shrugs and 3 sets of wide grip cable rows.
I will post another video possibly tonight if not posted Thursday so stay tuned until then and I will have it posted.
Also added to my supplement list is Glucosamine sulfate. My joints are bad today my shoulders and elbows are aching a little and are cracking a bit has been like this the past few days. I will also be dropping the weights a little in every lift don’t wanna screw all this up and have an excuse to not complete this blog. It would be a shame..

sorry guys no pics today not until the 14 of September.
Got a new video posted on the blog check it out I only doing 300LBS on the leg press for 15 reps,today I did my light chest workout and it was brutal. I am exhausted and have the next 2 days off from the gym to rest and take it easy.
On Monday I will go shopping for some more tribulus and an extra something to add to my pre workout supplement list and will have a bench press video of me doing 250 for reps of 6 . Stay tuned and I will update Monday night.

I have updated the blog with a NEW video of me doing 115Lbs Barbell curls and also some new progress pictures of me today weighing 171Lbs up another 2 lbs this week. That is 4 LBS on in 3 weeks. another 5 LBS to go. Wednesday is my day off so I am going to rest up and get back at it again tomorrow.
My new addition to my Supplement list is Six Star Nitric Oxide Overdrive. I am taking 3 in the morning and 3 pre workout never noticed any differ today just finished my container of No Fury today which is an excellent pre workout drink. I’m sorry guys but I was unable to get a chest workout video last night as I was the only person at the gym working out so I keep my weight down to 225 for Max sets.
Last nights workout was horrible as I had started at 8:45pm and only got half a workout in as I grew tired as hell not being to such a late night workout.

Today I have a leg workout to accomplish.Today I will be focusing mostly on the Hamstrings today. Depending on how I feel after work today I may not go for a workout. I got a bad dose of the flu yesterday this morning I woke up with aches and pains as if I was hit by a bus. I have been whacking the Vitamin C into me at 2000mgs a day yesterday and will also take the same dosage today.

Yesterday again no workout, but today I feel a lot better. First thing this morning I was able to stomach my supplements. this morning first ting I has a cranberry extract with some additional cranberry juice. then a cup of oats and 250g of egg whites, also precooked my meals for the day being 4 chicken breast and 2 cups of white rice, along with a fruit cup some kiwi and 5 x 500ml water bottles. then I had 2.5g of flat seed and 3 tribulis. depending on how I feel today after work I may try and scrap out a workout.
So far this week I missed Legs and I am scheduled to do chest (light) today I’ll keep posted again tomorrow and post a new Video

Brutal week-end guys… The cold and flu I had keep me from doing 2 workouts last week. Today I feel 80% better.An will be attempting a chest workout today.
Still at 171Lbs. No change this past week tomorrow is another weigh-inn and 2 more progress pics. I will also try and possible get a Video today.

Mondays workout was Chest got through the workout no problems was in a rush though and was unable to get through a shoulder workout as I was in a rush to get to work. Today I worked out Back and biceps and also had an overall great workout. I did get progress pics done but accidentally left the camera at the gym . I Will have the pics posted Wednesday as soon as I get back home from work.
Also weighed in this morning at 171LBS no weight gain for last week I am hoping to gain another 1/2 pound or so this week we will have to wait ans see..

What an exciting Week-end, as Jay Cutler made Bodybuilding history.as last year Jay lost his Mr.O title and come back again this year to win it back. Now today is a new week in my Clean bulk. I will weigh myself tomorrow and prov progress pics and a new video. I have 4 weeks left to my Chest program in which this second half of the program I will prioritize my upper chest, with mostly incline pressing exercises. I am also going supplement shopping to see what I can add to my new list as I only have a couple days left of my Six Star Nitric Oxide Overdrive.
I’m looking to get something to aide with packing on a little size during my, next 4-5 weeks, If anyone has any suggestions please let me know what works for you.

Another rough week coming up.. This week is going to be hard also as I will be working nights until 1:30AM.
I am going to be posting progress pics and weight updates on a biweekly basis.
My weight has been at 171.5 this morning up 1/2 pound.
I have added Fusion,SLEEPING GIANT-24hr Muscle Growth Stack To add to my supplement list I have stopped taking tribulis on Tuesday and also Started taking ALLMAX, Quick Mass (10 LB Tub).

Had a great week-end lots of rest for the week to come. Monday we got Chest a nice Big dirty workout, and as I did say I will be focusing on the upper chest area for the next couple of weeks Have been taking my new Supplements over the week-end and I am really anxious to see what progress will come in the next 4 weeks.
