My first fitness blog
August 12, 2009Ok guys starting the 1st of September of the year I will be starting my first Bodybuilding blog. In this blog I plan on doing 12 weeks of hardcore training with a clean bulking diet. During this blog I will be eating clean all week and be enjoying each Saturday as my cheat day. For my first 2 weeks I will post daily meals including supplement and water intake. I will also be weighing my self each week every Saturday. This will be an in depth blog no BS no secrets in which I plan on adding 6-8Lbs of pure muscle in 12 weeks.
I will be posting a picture of me here on the 31st of August and posting pictures once every 2 weeks to show the significant gains and improvements I am making during the whole clean bulking cycle.
