Time to change things.
I got tired of seeing my flab and fat face in pictures so I woke up one morning and started my routine again. In one week i lost 10 lbs. I was 215 two sundays ago and this past sunday I was 205 lbs. Im keeping up with my routine, 3 hour workout and eating correctly. Trying to keep my energy and motivation up to wake up in the mornings and workout before going to work. I set a goal to see what i look like in 8 weeks…JULY 13 and then do another 8 weeks to even do better.
