CRUCIAL WORKOUT!!
May 26, 2009I’m already feeling the soreness and tomorrow morning I DON’T want to see, lol…Lawd, bless me with as little delayed muscle soreness as possible. So I started off with a 5-6 min warmup then 5 mins of stretching…Then it was the war of weights.
Squats, 4×8x205 (superset w/neutral grip pullups 3×10)
Deadlifts, 1×6x235, 3×6x245
Reverse Lunges, 3×12x35 (6 reps, each leg)
Barbell Step ups, 3×5 (each leg) 115 lbs (this felt like s*** for some reason)
Leg Press, 1×8x370, 1×3x390 2×8x410
Hamstring Curls, 3×8x140
Weighted Burpees, 1×10x15, 2×10x20lbs. (don’t know what that is? FIGURE IT OUT and add it to your workout)
After all that I still couldn’t leave so I did weighted crunches then right into weighted hip raises. Then ended with weight leg raises on the dip machine for abs.
One of the better workouts I’ve done in a few weeks, best leg wise by far. I bullshit with pushing the limits sometimes, especialy training byself, but today gave me that extra "do the damn thing" motivation.
