Why wear sunglasses at 5:00 in the morning?
I just dont understand why someone would place sunglasses on their head when they go to the gym while it is dark out.
Even of you are there until the sun starts to rise, you dont need your sunglasses inside the gym.

This morning’s weigh in was at 192.6, and that marks the 50 pound loss since I started. Just a few days short of 10 months on this journey.
If I can drop 2 more within the next week, I will make my 190 goal that I had for my birthday. When I look back to last December, I never would have thought that I could be 50 pounds lighter. I will be 44 in a week, and I am actually going to be close to my high school weight. Sort of freaks me out a little.
WARNING…. PLUG alert…..
I was having a difficult time dropping, and as soon as I started the PRO-NOS along with bumping my calories up a little, the pounds are shedding. I know the PRO-NOS container makes all sort of claims of dropping fat, and I tend to dismiss all those claims, but it appears to be helping.

Well, not really the starting point….that was 42 pounds ago. Currently at 199.2 with 24% BF, and trying to reach 180 and under 20% BF.
Four servings of whey and two strips of bacon so far today. Went to the gym and did arms and 30 minutes of cardio.
