Stomach Cramps
I have been getting really bad stomach cramps the last week. So bad I visited my DR. and got a physical. It all started around the time that I added 2 new sups. to my routine. MuscleTech Cell-Tech Hardcore Pro Series and MuscleTech Anabolic Halo. Both are post workout but I don't take them both at the same time.
I mixed the CellTech with BSN Xplode since they are both grape and I got a super pump. I would do the Halo after working out. My other sup. is Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion Muscle Building Protein Chocolate.....but I have been taking this for almost a year without any problems.
I have been taking NO Xplode for several months with no bad side effects....and yestgerday I didn't do any Halo and still had the problem so I think it is narrowed down to CellTech.
Has anyone else experienced a problem with this sup? Could it be that I mixed NO with CellTech and they don't get along?
These cramps really are quite painful when they occur and can last for several minutes.
