Hello, i personally like hanging leg raises and using the cable machine to do crunches.I usually superset one or the other with obliques laying on my back leg raised and twisting.Hope all goes well for you and best wishes!

crunches, roman chairs, side bends, back ext., bent over twist. from your pic though shows that you have a nice core already!!

    10 sets - Side Bends
not for count but for 30 secs. on each side, try to limit your resting periods in between to maximize the "burn" effect. The whole exercise should’nt last for more than 15 mins. You’ll feel it tomorrow and see a "V" w/in a week. Good luck.

Two exercises that i like for my abs. On a decline bench, you do a half crunch. Almost like you trying to touch the ceiling. Dont go too far up or down or you will lose your tension on your muscle. Its a very short movement, but it focuses on all abs. Second exercise. Take a flat bench and set against a pulley cable. Lay with your head to the pulley. Take a rope attachment and put on your shoulder like cable crunch. The exercise works the same muscles as the cable crunch but takes your quad muscles out of the equation.
