I flat out changed my workout this pass Sunday. I started hitting the gym solo…my workout partner would always rush my workouts because of his girlfriend - she would workout for 15-30mins and would be ready to go.
Anyway, I told him I needed to go solo for a bit.
I should’ve did that a long time ago. Going to the gym is so much fun now!
Did Delts and Biceps yesterday:
and legs today.
Squat
Leg Press
Stiff-legged Deadlift
Leg Curl
Standing Calf raises
Seated Calf raises
Leg Ext
Lunges
I know I’ll be sore in the next 24 - 48 hrs!
My quest is to improve my upper body (shoulders chest abs arms) over the next 8 wks.
