I laid off Cardio during the holidays just to add some mass on my chest / shoulders.
Now, I’ve started adding Cardio back to my routine and I’m glad I have. I’ve kinda missed it.
My cardio is done after my workout… and typically is short.
But it’s worth it. I do feel that I have some added fat around my abs that I need to cut. So those short cardio sessions are gonna go longer for the next 4 - 6 weeks.
What I do for cardio? - 3 days a week
bicycle
Treadmill
Cross-Trainer
Dancing - once a week. I usually do this around the house, most clubs in Houston only spin hip hop and you can’t really dance to that. So I go online and find some Breakbeats, progressive house to move to for an hour or so.
Also at work, I’ve been getting up and walking more. I have a desk just and I don’t wanna end up like my dad and brother with big guts and little skinny bodies
I hope to keep chugging down protein all they way through April… along with increasing the cardio to inch my 32" waist back down to 29.5"
