I was in the gym today… still working on getting my strength back up.
Pull downs

Hammer Strength Lat Front Pull down
Arm Curl (Machine)
Dumbbell Curls (altern.)
Crunches
I sprinted on the treadmill (run & walk) for five mins.
I came home showered and took two photos just to keep a record of my progress.
