Legs plus more…

OMG… leg day was killer

1. Leg Ext
2. Seated Calves
3. Squat
4. Leg Press
5. Leg Curl
6. Smith Machine Lunges.

I had to add:
Leg raises
and
Crunches….

Afterwards, I did 7 mins in the dry sauna.

Tomorrow shoulders.
