Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009I was in the gym today… still working on getting my strength back up.
Pull downs
Cable Row
Hammer Strength Lat Front Pull down
Arm Curl (Machine)
Dumbbell Curls (altern.)
Crunches
I sprinted on the treadmill (run & walk) for five mins.
I came home showered and took two photos just to keep a record of my progress.
