Just finished Back and Abs

Just completed a short Back workout…. some abs and 15mins of Cardio included

Wide grip pullups
Hammer Strength iso lat hi row
DB Row
Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown
Ab Machine
Cable Row

Cardio.
Tomorrow is Arms. and it’s Friday.
