Just finished Back and Abs

Just completed a short Back workout…. some abs and 15mins of Cardio included

Wide grip pullups
Hammer Strength iso lat hi row
DB Row
Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown
Ab Machine
Cable Row

Cardio.
Tomorrow is Arms. and it’s Friday.

Just got back from the gym…

Abs were up 1st.  (I have 2 beach trips this summer… I have my work cut out for me)

Then I did about 15mins of Cardio - Elip / Bike / Tread

Don’t get me wrong I love leg day… but it’s been a while since my last session.

1. Leg Press
2. Hack Squat
3. Seated Calf Raises
4. Leg Curl
5. Smith Machine Split squat (lunges)
6. Leg Press (low weight, hi rep)

Looking forward to arms and delts later this week.

Tropic Punch Flavor ON 100% Whey Protein

By mistake I bought this 5lb container, after the first shake I’m skeptical.  It’s very fruity like a smoothie.  I don’t think I’ll go with this flavor ever again. Yuck.

Update and Leg Day

I flat out changed my workout this pass Sunday.  I started hitting the gym solo…my  workout partner would always rush my workouts because of his girlfriend - she would workout for 15-30mins and would be ready to go.

Anyway, I told him I needed to go solo for a bit.

I should’ve did that a long time ago.  Going to the gym is so much fun now!
Did Delts and Biceps yesterday:
and legs today.

Squat
Leg Press
Stiff-legged Deadlift
Leg Curl
Standing Calf raises
Seated Calf raises
Leg Ext
Lunges

I know I’ll be sore in the next 24 - 48 hrs!

My quest is to improve my upper body (shoulders chest abs arms) over the next 8 wks.

Wish me luck.
