Back with a few Deadlifts
Had a good back routine:
Lat Pulldowns
Deadlifts
Back Extentions
DB Rows
Abs
Ab machine
Crunches
I have to admit it has been over 4 wks since I did Deadlifts…. and I think with the help of superpump250 I was able to get close to my previous rep range and poundage.

good routine buddy but why not substitute wide grip pull ups for the lat pulldowns.
