Leg Day
Whew, I feel good getting back into doing SQUATS!
Leg Day as usually is solo for me. Nick was no where to be found.
Here’s how it went.
Leg Press
Squat
Seated Calf Raises
Smith Machine lunges
Leg Curl
Leg Press (pump - low weight / hi rep)
Then into the dry sauna! To my surprise they put new wooden seating in the sauna. Way to go 24 hrs!
