Chest yesterday!
I did a crazy amount of weight on DB flat bench
95Lbs. (4 reps) - - It has been a while since I even approached this amount of weight.
The routine went like this:
Incline DB Press - 3 sets @ 8 - 10
DB Press - 4 sets @ 6 - 8 (last set was 95Lbs at 4 reps)
Hammer Strength Decline Press (2 sets)
(abs) Knee Raises (2 sets)
Cable Cross - 4 sets @ 8-10
Crunches - 3 sets
Then dry sauna.
