No cardio, and Ice Cream sandwiches…
It’s amazing when you do no cardio for a week, and eat one Ice Cream Sandwich every day after dinner, how your abs seem to disappear!
Okay, I fell off the horse this week. Sunday and Monday, I worked out… and missed yesterday and today.
Now I’m kicking myself. Time to get back to it!

OH MY GOSH! I went through the same thing! I was doing so well with my abs and it is amazing when you skip your normal routines how much it can affect your results. Just call me blubber abs. lol.
